About Kayla
I am a graduate student at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where I completed my undergraduate degree in English with a focus on Black, Indigenous, and Latinx literature. I am now pursuing my Master’s in English. During my time as an undergraduate, I worked as a peer mentor and tutor, gaining valuable experience with a diverse range of students. My career is centered on promoting academic success, and I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student I work with thrives.
