Graduate Student tutoring in Psychology, Biology and English - English tutor with Rhys

After 25 years after school i went back to college to study to become a pupil support assistant, after speaking to a friend they suggested Rhys to help me. After speaking and meeting Rhys not only did he help me with a study plan but he boosted my confidence by knowing I was more than capable of achieving what i wanted. Rhys helped me to clearly understand what i was learning along with going over my essays to make sure that what I was handing in made sense. Rhys also sat with me at exam time and helping me to set up a study plan and revise my notes so not did I just understand what I was learning but I knew it well enough to ace my exams - which I did!! - better than I did at school. Rhys was also kind enough to help me write my CV when it was time to apply for jobs, and with all his help I am now in a job that I love.

Also because Rhys helped me so much, when we went into lockdown he helped me to home-school my son (age 12) in subjects that I wasn't overly confident in i.e maths, English and science.

I couldn't recommend Rhys enough he is patient and takes the time to understand what you are learning so that he is better equipped to help you.

I met Rhys while we both studied for our degree. During that time he became an asset to my learning. He taught me how to organise my schedule, create effective study notes and guides and also helped me with any course content I was struggling with. He has a skill for approaching and explaining material in different ways to provide a better understanding which is ideal for individuals with different learning styles. Also, Rhys’s academic writing is exceptional. He has assisted me by looking over my Master’s coursework, work/volunteer applications and personal statements on top of spending time teaching me any material I didn’t fully understand. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
