About Irene
I enjoy approaching learning with creativity because I believe children grasp concepts in different ways and at different paces. Music, literature, and the arts have always been strong interests of mine, and I value anything that encourages creativity and expression. I’m generally a laid-back person who remains flexible and open-minded when it comes to different situations and perspectives.

My tutoring approaches depend on my students' understanding and capacity. I like to get to know the individual first and work my way on how to get them to be more interested in what they are learning, coming up with arts or creative ideas if needed in order for them to understand the concept of the topic better. For the past years, I have tutored children from ages 10-15. I have experience tutoring for older age groups, but I prefer tutoring grades 6-11
