About Lauren
I have loved reading novels and writing stories ever since I was a young child, this passion only increasing as I have grown up. I live with my two gorgeous dogs, Poppy and Max, who never fail to make me smile every day. Throughout my career I have taught a range of ages from young children to adults. I now enjoy tutoring because it allows me to work with a range of people of all ages and abilities. I have 10 GCSEs ranging from A* to B, and 3 A-Levels in English Language, Health and Social Care, and Business Studies. I have a 2:1 Business Management degree which I have completed alongside my tutoring.

I offer a fun and differentiated approach to learning. Each of my lessons is bespoke to each individual student, because my ethos is rooted in recognising the students' needs and adapting my approach accordingly. My standard lesson length is an hour, however each session can be altered to meet my students' needs. I thoroughly enjoy being a tutor because I am able to make a difference and work closely with my students to encourage a love of learning, which is reflected in my lesson approach and practice.
