About Jordan
I currently work as a financial aid specialist at a university. I enjoy connecting and working with students to reach their full potential.
Besides using this tutoring position as a side gig, I miss working 1:1 with students on science and math topics.

At CPS, I taught students during the pandemic using virtual tools to deliver third and fourth-grade math.
I will assess the student's learning habits and implement SEL (social-emotional learning) when needed for my methodology. SEL should apply to all ages and not just elementary students.
Lesson plans will include warm-ups, review of school lessons, and assistance with homework.
My goal is to equip students with the tools and skills to approach any problem by thinking critically and outside the box.
