About Astha

I am a graphic designer by profession. On the other hand, I have been cooking my whole life since childhood. I have always loved to experiment with recipes, play with ingredients, and create tasty dishes with always a healthy twist. This is the ideal course if you want to get your family to start eating healthy without sacrificing the taste.

About the lesson
