"Reading sheet music and fingerpicking patterns are foundational skills I teach to help you navigate the fretboard. Whether you want to master lead guitar or grade exam prep, I adjust my methods to your current ability.
My 13 years of performing with the BBC Symphony Orchestra inform how I teach electric technique, ear training, and guitar tuning and maintenance. I also cover acoustic technique, reading tabs, and songwriting to keep your practice interesting. You might like to book a time to talk about your goals."

"Custom backing tracks are the secret to playing guitar alone that actually sounds like being in a full band. Most beginners think practising scales is the only way to improve, but playing along with these tracks builds your rhythm far faster. After 13 years of teaching 484 students, I have seen that providing these tracks helps you practise soloing at home with confidence.
