About Nicole

Yin Yoga Teacher, Compassionate Equine Caregiver Energy Healer, & Intuitive Specializing in Somatic Therapy practices. I've always been passionate about spirituality from a very young age. Yoga was the closest career I could find that felt close to my heart's calling. I graduated my 250 hour yoga teacher training through Evolation Yoga in Buffalo, NY in 2017. Since then I have expanded my knowledge in yoga and other holistic practices and I have earned several certifications.

About the lesson

Build Confidence through creating a unique practice that fits your needs, schedule, and lifestyle. It starts with being honest with ourselves and seeing where we are at first. It’s hard to build on to uncertainty. We have to get out of our own way to become a better version of ourselves.
