I am a single father of four (widowed) and work as hard as I can to provide my kiddos with the opportunities everyone deserves. I love teaching (and learning from) students and look forward to helping as many people as I can.

To be frank, I am as qualified (BA in literature from Boston College, PhD in education from the University of Iowa) as one could be. I have 15+ years of teaching experience (Cornell and the University of Kentucky). I love teaching and have always had evaluations well above average.
