About Molly
I thoroughly enjoyed earning a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from St Lawrence University in 1994 and a Masters in Education from AIU in 2002. I love both teaching and learning, and never wanted to work in a public school. The “one size fits all” approach most public schools follow never meshed with my beliefs. Instead, I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector for 25 plus years at an organization I adore.

Being a lifelong learner myself, I employ ways to grasp material in a fun, engaging and efficient way. I love to apply knowledge functionally to everyday life so content has a context. Rewarding successes is one way I motivate myself and others to strive for excellence. I find the fun in life and combat boredom and defeat with growth and success.
