About Nicola

Hi, I'm Nicky. I am a qualified and experienced Learning Support Teacher with a good understanding of both the strengths and difficulties for children and adults diagnosed with ADHD. I am also a qualified ADHD coach with a qualification acknowledged by both IPHM and CMA. I now concentrate on online coaching for adults and children aged 10 and over on how to develop practical tools for managing focus, organization, and daily routines more effectively. Coaching helps individuals build confidence, improve follow-through, and create strategies that support their goals at school, work, or home and I love to see the confidence of individuals grow following a package of coaching sessions.

About the lesson

My online ADHD coaching sessions are structured to provide clear, consistent support in a flexible format. Each session typically begins with a brief check-in to review progress and identify current challenges, followed by focused coaching activities that build specific skills such as organisation, time management, or emotional regulation. Interactive tools, visual planners, and goal-setting techniques keep sessions engaging and practical. The session ends with reflection, next steps, and agreed strategies for the week, ensuring accountability and continued progress between meetings.
