I am a Health expert and also a student. I have been giving private health lessons for more than a year. I am certified in Health Education and Human Kinetics.

About the lesson

My teaching method is an interactive and practical one. I base my classes on the specific needs of each individual. I approach each topic by linking it to the previous topic and helping the student see practical ways and guidelines to having a healthy weight body. The learning timetable will be structured with the students schedule in mind. I am a patient professional and I am willing to go over a lesson as many times as it is needed.
