About Rachel
I take tutoring very seriously, as it is a crucial supportive role in assuring a student excels academically and personally. That being said, I am an extremely responsive tutor, who is also engaged and mindful during every session. Over my 6 years of tutoring, I have never come across a student I couldn't help learn. Not only that, but my year of experience as an English teacher has given me even clearer knowledge of the expectations set on students today in the classroom. With me as your tutor, I can assure you that you will feel confident in class, and in yourself, in no time.

My tutoring lessons are individually tailored to teach not only the subject a student is struggling with, but also to provide a fresh perspective that is easy for the student to comprehend based on where they are at the moment academically. The key signature of my tutoring is how personal and positive the sessions are. Not only will a student leave my session having more knowledge, but they will leave with a growth-mindset and a confidence that only comes from a tutor that invests in their academic, and therefore personal, growth.
