About Caleah

I struggled with reading when I was younger, and I know firsthand how frustrating it can feel when something doesn’t come easily. But I never gave up. Through dedication, consistency, and hard work, I went from struggling with reading as a child to becoming one of the strongest readers in my class by middle school. I was reading at a college level while still in middle school.

That experience taught me that with patience, practice, and the right support, people can accomplish things they once thought were impossible. Now, I want to use my experience to help others improve their reading, build confidence, and discover what they are capable of. I would love to be a part of your support system.

About the lesson

I believe I would be a great reading teacher because I am patient, understanding, and extremely hands-on. I know that everyone learns differently, so I take the time to make sure each person feels comfortable and supported. I want my students to know that it is okay to make mistakes and that learning takes time.

My goal is to make reading fun, simple, and encouraging. I want to help people build their confidence while improving their reading skills. Seeing someone go from struggling with a word to being able to read it on their own would be very rewarding to me. I would teach with patience, kindness, and understanding because I want every student to believe that they can succeed.
