About Tasleem

Hello,
My name is Tasleem and I am a highly qualified, passionate and committed primary school tutor and qualified SENCO. I have over 10 years teaching experience. Experience of teaching all primary phase subjects and a specialist in helping students learn after the pandemic by helping them to overcome anxiety, fulfil and maximise potential. I achieve this by instilling confidence and overcoming stress children suffer. By genuinely caring about my students wellbeing, I can help to achieve results far beyond expectations. Whatever your needs and ambitions, I have various learning packages that will boost confidence and show the way to a happier, more contended future.

I have worked with children of all abilities and personalities from foundation stage to year six to attain success. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs. I am an approachable and enthusiastic teacher who understands the importance of allowing each child to be an individual and learn in a way that is unique to them.

By working as a tutor, I feel that I can make a real difference to a child's learning as I can focus exclusively on their needs. My aim is to help children. I pride myself on delivering concise, effective, and interactive lessons; I tailor my lessons to the preferred learning style of the student in question as I recognise that everyone responds differently and at different rates.

As a tutor, I believe in working closely alongside parents; listening to their concerns, answering queries, explaining changes to the provision and offering general support and guidance. Therefore, I arrange daily meetings so this can be done and as a parent, your confidence will increase about supporting your child to reach their full potential.

I have always been praised for my professionalism, open and friendly nature and my ability to stay calm and level headed. I am extremely hardworking and organised yet always willing to be be flexible to suit the needs of the children I teach. If you choose me to be your child’s tutor, I look forward to creating an enriching, stimulating and personalised programme of study, where they not only make excellent progress but also thoroughly enjoy along the way.

About the lesson

I provide high quality and affordable tutoring for all Primary phase students regardless of age and ability. My mission is to boost your child's confidence and help them discover that learning can be a fun and enjoyable experience. My aim is to inspire a love for learning through tailored one-to-one online learning sessions to ensure that your child can develop at their own pace in a non-stressful and supportive environment.

My biggest strength is my ability to form strong relationships with my students which enables me to get the most out of them in terms of their academic and general development.

I have many years of tutoring experience and always aim to make my teaching fun, exciting and matched to the needs of the individual. Each child, will have a personalised learning plan which is used to guide them in their learning and help them to improve and make excellent progress as well as increase their confidence. Indeed, I find it greatly rewarding to watch my students grow in confidence and ability. W

I take a holistic approach to tutoring and I have a strong commitment to fully developing the strengths and talents of each individual pupil I teach and adopt a caring and thoughtful approach to students I work with. I also use the interests of the child to help them reach their full potential. I use positive reinforcement and boost self-esteem all the times. I always develop a great rapport with my pupils, whilst maintaining authority, which keeps them enjoying being on task throughout, and looking forward to the next session. Practical methods and resources are used throughout the sessions to help them progress in their learning.
