About Diya
Hey students, my name is Diya Patel. I am a mathematics tutor and I am ready to assist you in any way possible. I graduated high school with a (concealed information) GPA and recently started my new academic journey at college in Chicago.

-These lessons are for children of the ages of 10 and up
- Teaching methods includes online teaching, basically making sure all the students understand what they are doing and how they are doing it. Mathematically, making sure that their steps and way they are doing it makes sense
- A typical lesson plan would be teaching a new unit, elaborating on the backstory and comparing it to real world. After, giving the students a easy question on the topic, and then letting them try it on their own. After, I would check each and every students work and see if they did it correctly and where they might be stuck if they got the question wrong. Then I would continue my lesson plan or give them a harder question, which I would connect with the next topic.
