I love to read and write, and I hope to share my passion with you as we work together! One of my strengths is modifying course material to match learner interests, strengths, and growth areas. Together, we'll find the most effective ways forward for your reading and writing processes. Student-centered learning is critical to my approach. I scaffold my instruction to provide access points for different learning styles, so don't worry if you are a nontraditional learner. I teach undergraduate literature and writing, and I am happy to tutor middle and high school students as well as college students, graduate students, and non-degree-seeking adults in English language, literature, research, and writing.
