I’ve worked with different strikers that all started from different skill levels. Whether your goal is to be a competitive striker, get in shape, or just have fun this is a great place to start or polish up your skills. You can learn any style of striking that fits your interests whether in may be the art of 8 limbs(Muay Thai) or the sweet science of boxing. Also experienced in mixed martial arts if you’re looking to learn some street skills.
