About Clem
In my free time, I spend most of my time writing fiction and proofreading other people's work, in addition to a wide variety of dumb nerdy stuff like Dungeons and Dragons. I like to think I'm a friendly lady, and my hope for the recent future is to become even better at teaching then I am right now. Let's make this a learning experience for both of us - it doesn't need to be boring!

I favor a very hands on approach to learning and teaching, engaging in discussion with my students and pushing them towards finding out ideas with my help. Brainstorming for essays and creating practical ways to memorize material is my specialty, but since I am an honors student I can safely say that I know my way all the way around an English class. I also like offering a wide selection of choices of literature for potential practice essays, at the student's discretion. Overall, my lesson plan is fairly laid back and flexible, focusing on less what I want to teach and more what the student wants to learn. My tutoring is aimed for middle school to high school level English students. Thank you
