About Lorraine
I can adapt to any learning style, and am open to any and all students! I graduated at the top of my class for both higher level IB English & Writers Craft at an accredited high school here in Canada. I have graduated Cum Laude at the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelors degree.

I am always eager to help those who want to further their English skills whether that be in oral expression or essay writing! I am always looking for was to improve my interpersonal skills, and further my knowledge as a mentor.
My lessons are typically structured with a writing prompt and ice breaker to begin with, followed by skill-based activities to help my student delve into their creativity and grammatical skills. I try my bets to keep my lessons engaging and personable, looping in any of the students' interests into the activities. I include prompts mentioning favourite movie characters, music genres, and even photos to work on descriptive writing.
