About Isha

As a Sydney-raised first-year medical student and an alumnus of St George Girls High School, I offer holistic online English tutoring and university mentorship. My methodology drops boring lectures to focus on practical, scaffolded essay formulas and line-by-line draft critiques that actively build confidence. Lessons run for a highly efficient 60 minutes, which is the perfect length to fix conceptual blind spots and review essay writing without causing any mental fatigue. As a former high school debater and the president of my school's environmental club, I look beyond standard academics to help students find their voice, master public speaking, and build leadership skills. Having achieved a Band 5 in English Advanced and an E3 in English Extension 1, I know exactly what it takes to break through the toughest marking brackets in New South Wales. My online classes are specifically tailored for Years 11 and 12 Advanced and Extension 1 students who need sophisticated essay editing, as well as Years 7 to 10 students wanting to master analytical writing before their senior years. Beyond weekly classes, I act as a comprehensive mentor who can help senior students navigate university applications, structure personal statements, and prepare for interviews.
