About Fraya
I am an experienced English and IELTS tutor with 8 years of teaching experience in international school settings, combined with 6 years of professional experience in multinational corporate HR roles.
This dual background allows me to help students not only improve their exam performance, but also develop confident, practical English for real-life, academic, and workplace situations.

My teaching approach is structured, practical, and student-centred. Drawing on my experience teaching IELTS in international schools, I focus on helping students understand exam requirements, improve language accuracy, and develop confident, natural communication. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes. Each session usually includes targeted skill practice (speaking, writing, listening, or reading), exam strategies, and personalised feedback. I place strong emphasis on real exam language and realistic practice rather than memorisation.
In addition to my teaching background, my experience working in HR roles within multinational companies allows me to integrate real-world workplace English into lessons. This is especially helpful for students who need English for study, professional communication, interviews, or international working environments.
