About Dolly

Hello! My name is Dolly and I am based in London, UK My passion for the English language goes back all the way to high school- I have always excelled in this subject, from written to verbal and my knowledge is still growing to this day.
Having tutored a few students during my time at high school & even now, tutoring a range of people virtually, I know patience and building an effective rapport is key!
I enjoy meeting new people from all around the world.
This may stem from my love for travelling!
I love anything creative :) Architecture, fashion and art are my favourite ways to express creativity.

GCSEs:
English Language- Grade 8
English Literature- Grade 7
I have 2 unlicensed years of teaching/tutoring experience & 1 year licensed on another tutoring app.

About the lesson

In our lessons, we will move away from generic
"textbook" speaking and aim for "natural" speaking. We will focus on improving your pronunciation and grammar, expanding your vocabulary and reducing hesitation.

Choosing me would be choosing everything I have to offer- I have accumulated many professional and personal skills over the years which I would be more than happy to share, at your pace :)
