About Rex
I hold a BA in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and an MA from JHU in Government with Honors. For the latter, I received the Government Department's Outstanding Thesis in the Area of Democracy Studies award for successfully defending my May 2024 thesis, "Neoliberalism, Nascent Authoritarianism, and the Techno-Autocratic Turn of History: An Examination of Neoliberalism's Transnational Ascent." I have over five years of experience working for several members of Congress and will be pursuing my legal studies this fall at the American University Washington College of Law on a Dean's Merit Scholarship.
