She caters to each individual child when teaching them in helping them understand in the way that is best for them. She creates individual lesson plans for each child she works with based on their way of thinking, (i.e visual, hands on etc.) their likes (i.e sports, art, etc.) and makes it fun for her students to learn in an effective way.
