About Audrey

I’m a Columbia University Division I swimming commit with 15+ years of swimming experience and 12 years of competitive swimming. As a certified lifeguard, experienced instructor, and older sibling who taught my three younger siblings to swim, I’m passionate about water safety and helping others succeed.

As an Ivy League Division I swimming commit, I bring over 15 years of experience in the pool, including 12 years of competitive swimming, along with more than 4 years of teaching experience. I’ve worked with swimmers ages 2–40 across all ability levels, from first-time swimmers learning the basics to competitive athletes looking to refine their technique, improve efficiency, and reach their goals.

Having spent years competing at a high level, I understand the ins and outs of swimming, from proper technique and stroke mechanics to race strategy, pacing, and the small adjustments that can make a big difference. I tailor every lesson to each swimmer’s individual needs, helping them build skills, confidence, and a genuine love for the water!
