I am a freelance writer, journalist and graphic designer, with over 6 years experience in the media/publishing industry. As a graduate of the University of Iowa, I hold degrees in Journalism and Anthropology.

Hi! I'm here to help you become a great writer :) We'll start off with you sending me a paper you've worked on — whether it be for yourself or school — and I'll make edits and suggestions.
Then, we'll meet and discuss your strengths, weaknesses and my edits.
I believe in thoroughly explaining an edit to the writer. We often see red marks on our papers but seldom witness an explanation. I'm here to explain and teach the skillset you need to become a better writer.
These lessons are for grade school and college level students.
