About Poppy
I am an actor, who is currently on a gap year before moving on to drama school. I have just completed my studies at The BRIT School and during this last summer I performed at the Camden and Walthamstow Fringe. I am also part of a national youth theatre course so I am still training alongside teaching, which gives me a good insight into how to help my students the best way I can. I began acting at a very young age in youth groups, and from this I have learnt how important it is for people of all ages to have a creative outlet and to have a place free of judgement where they can grow. This is what I am aiming to give my students, with a personalised course based on a conversation between me and the student on what areas they would like to improve and what their goals are.

Whether you are looking to audition for a drama college, or you’re just looking to have a bit of fun, I am able to personalise my sessions to fit your needs. I understand how important it is for children to have an opportunity to express themselves and embrace their creativity whilst learning new skills, and this is something that I am very passionate about. If there’s also people that want audition advice I am well-equipped to help them in this area, and can provide them with support throughout this process. I have knowledge in range of practitioners such as Stanislavsky and Anne Bogart, as well as many methods that I can add to your toolkit.
