About Tania
I obtained my M.A. from McGill University in 2008 and my Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University in 2013. I have been teaching students of all ages and across the globe for the past eighteen years. I have learned so much from them! Our exchanges both in the classroom and outside of it have helped us all grow as students, scholars and individuals. I am on time and reliable. I promise to communicate early and often, to establish reasonable and achievable goals for my students, and to assist with projects at every step until completion.

I focus on engaging debate, exciting sources, and real-world connections to the content I teach. Students can expect to learn how to read, interpret, and create their own stories through the study of literature, film, image, and sound. My lessons are collaborative and active.
I can also help with structured essay writing, literary analysis, and the preparation of oral presentations and graphic materials.
