About Holly
I am currently a student at University studying Law and Spanish and I sat exams in 2020. In particular, I obtained an A in advanced higher English which has given me the ability to assist pupils at any level in English at secondary school. Due to recently doing exams myself, it gives me a better insight into the realism of difficulty pupils face within their exams and I can therefore help to the best of my ability as I have sat modern exams myself as assessments in this day and age have changed substantially compared to years ago. I can also tutor in essay-based subjects such as history and modern studies as I was successful with these subjects too.

My teaching method consists of identifying the weakest areas of the course and concentrating on this the most, as well as consistently progressing on strengthening the best aspects of the pupil's ability. With my patience, I can encourage the pupil to stay motivated when enduring challenges they face within English and I will make the course as interesting and enjoyable for them as I can as this is how I learned from my teacher myself. Dedication from my part will most definitely reflect on the pupil's mindset therefore, helping them achieving the best result they can.
