About Carmen
A bit about me! I am a qualified solicitor (LLB from Deakin and GDLP from Leo Cussen Center for Law) and admitted to practice law in Victoria, and currently, work as a corporate and commercial lawyer at a law firm. Why I decided to teach law? During my university days one of the biggest challenges I faced was understanding the unit as a whole (i.e., connecting the dots). The uni notes were often confusing and lacked logical order to prepare the exam notes in a way that I can quickly reference at the exam. My teaching method! My teaching method addresses this issue primarily, and I explain the unit in a methodical way that makes it easy to understand, and I help you connect the dots (have a holistic understanding of the unit). I draft your exam notes based on your uni notes and teach from that note (or happy to customize based on your individual need), so, you are prepared for the exam from the beginning of the semester. 3. draft your exam notes or guide you to draft your exam notes based on your unit notes (depending on your preference).
