My boxing lessons are tailored to your experience, fitness level, and goals. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to boxing, or an experienced fighter, I provide clear instruction and personal attention to help you improve.

Training focuses on stance, balance, footwork, the jab, punch mechanics, defense, and conditioning. I explain both how to perform each skill and why it matters, helping you understand what you’re practicing.

A typical session includes a warmup, focused technical instruction, drills, and conditioning suited to your ability. You’ll receive specific corrections and guidance on what to practice between lessons.

I work with men, women, and children. You can train for fitness, confidence, self-defense, or competition. My goal is to help you build sound fundamentals and make steady progress at a pace appropriate for you.
