Hi! I'm a Computer Science graduate with over 10 years of hands-on experience with computers, software, networking, and troubleshooting. I've helped students, professionals, and seniors become confident with their devices — whether they're learning the basics for the first time or solving a frustrating technical problem.

I cover everything from everyday computer skills and Microsoft Outlook to software installation, computer networks, and hardware repairs. I know technology can feel overwhelming, but that's exactly why I teach the way I do — patient, jargon-free, and always at your pace. No question is too basic, and nothing is too complicated to break down into simple steps.

Beyond teaching, I'm also a working web developer, so I stay current with the latest tools, software, and security practices. About the lesson

Every lesson is tailored to your level and goals. We'll work at your pace using screen-sharing so you can follow along and practise in real time.
For Computer Skills, we can cover getting comfortable with Windows or macOS, managing files and folders, using web browsers, keyboard shortcuts, and building the everyday confidence to use your computer without stress.

For Microsoft Outlook, I'll teach you how to set up and manage your email, organise your inbox with folders and rules, use calendars and scheduling, manage contacts, and work efficiently with attachments and signatures.
For Software, we'll cover how to safely install, update, configure, and remove programs, manage startup applications, understand licensing, and choose the right tools for your needs — from productivity apps to security software like antivirus and firewalls.

For Computer Networks, I'll help you understand how home and office networks work, set up and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, configure routers, improve your internet speed, and learn the basics of network security to keep your connection safe.

For Computer Repair, we'll cover diagnosing common hardware and software issues, speeding up a slow PC, fixing startup problems, cleaning up storage, replacing components, and knowing when something needs professional attention versus a simple fix.

Whether you're a student studying ICT, a professional needing to work more efficiently, or someone who just wants their computer to stop giving them headaches — I'll make sure you leave every lesson feeling more capable and in control.
