About KOYANAGI

About Me I worked as a private tutor for four years, helping students learn and understand new things. My husband is from Chile and is also learning Japanese. Because I see his Japanese learning journey every day, I understand the challenges Japanese learners often face, such as: I understand it, but I can't speak. This grammar is difficult. I know what I want to say, but I can't find the words. I'm also learning English and Spanish, so I understand both the fun and the challenges of learning a foreign language, as well as the fear of making I communicate with my husband in English, so I can also have everyday conversations in English. If you are a complete beginner and don't understand much Japanese yet, I can support you in English when necessary, so you can feel comfortable in your lessons

It's Okay to Start from Zero! Have you ever studied Japanese, but… You understand the grammar, but you can't speak? Your mind goes blank when you talk to a Japanese person? You know the words, but you can't remember them when you need to speak? If so, you're not alone! Hi, I'm Yurika I'm from Fukuoka and currently live in Kitakyushu. I also lived in Australia for three years. I teach complete beginners and elementary-level learners who want to learn Japanese for travel and everyday life through lots of speaking practice. ️ In my lessons, it's okay to make mistakes! It's okay to make mistakes. It's okay to forget words. It's okay to try again and again. You don't need to speak perfectly from the beginning. If you make a mistake, I'll help you by showing you how to say it naturally, and then we'll try again together. By repeating this process, you can gradually move from understanding Japanese to actually speaking Japanese. One of my students started learning Japanese with me from zero. After three months, they were able to talk about what they did today and what they are going to do tomorrow in Japanese. ・ What you can learn to do ・ Order food at a restaurant by yourself ・ Ask simple questions at shops ・ Talk to Japanese people ・ Introduce yourself ・ Talk about what you did today and what you will do tomorrow We'll practice real conversations based on situations where you want to say, I want to say this in Japanese! especially in travel and everyday life.
