About Tshepo

I have been drafting Business Plans, Profiles and Proposals and Developing Concepts for more than 10 years. It is a talent which I believe I was born with and enhanced it into a skill when I studied BCom Intrapreneurial Management at the University of Johannesburg (Incomplete). Until end of October 2016, I was the Executive Director and Board member (2017) of the Fashion District Institute (FDI) - a fashion Organisation located in the Johannesburg-based Fashion District. Prior to that, (2012-2014), I was Marketing and Communications Coordinator of the Organisation. Within that period, I was very instrumental in growing and managing the growth of the FDI brand- along with the brand of the fashion square which the FDI manages; the Fashion Kapitol. One of the ways I accomplished that was by introducing fashion events that gave platform to aspiring artists to introduce their work to the mainstream i.e. fashion designers, models and photographers; fine arts artists; performers; etc. I turned the Fashion Kapitol into a home for fashion creatives. As a result fashion designers and models went on to take part in big fashion shows such as SA Fashion Week, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, Soweto Fashion Week and more- while artists received opportunities to exhibit their work and/or perform on various bigger platforms and other countries.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on going back to basics. The English language, like any other languages, is meant to be simplified. I ensure that you understand the basics, in order for you to understand the art of the language. I give tutors to Primary and Secondary School Learners. I also give Tutoring classes to Aspiring Business Entrepreneurs who are struggling with Business documentations such as Business Plans, Profiles and Proposals. I am a very artistic person in nature. So I present the language as an art. It is easier to understand because of the manner in which I present it.
