About Shane
I began teaching about 3 years ago and have found it immensly rewarding to see students become more confident in their studies and the subject. I have also been working in accounting practice outside of my studies and studying in the BSc Finance degree.

Hi, I'm Shane. Currently a final year Bsc Hons Finance in UCC, Award recipient from the Kemmy Business School, University Of Limerick. I have extensive experience in private practice and also auditing experience with a big 4 firm.
Achieved H1 In Accounting at Leaving Certificate. I will be operating grinds for the year ahead.
Grinds will focus on developing a good understanding of the basics and concepts of accounting which are vital to succeed in the course. Using my package of condensed notes (which are also available through the packages available to buy – look at website for more info) containing just the correct amount of information needed to succeed in the exam and my developed online drive of resources students will be afforded every opportunity to improve their grades in time for the exam – this will be provided free of charge. I will work extensively with students on parts of the course which will leave them ready for “new styles” of questions the SEC could throw at them.
I have extensive practical experience in the industry so I can provide the understanding in the concepts which are needed to do well in the course. All areas of the course covered, With particular focus on areas of difficulty. Lessons can be done online or in person.
