About Eleanor
I am an A-Level student studying English Languageand Literature, Sociology and Geography. I love working with young people and have built experience working with Junior Adventures Group. I have experienced some very good and equally bad teaching throughout my life at school and am committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn in a way in which they feel comfortable and their passion for learning can be fostered. School and learning doesn't have to be boring and thats something I want to be able to prove to even the most cynical. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate which I am happy to send a scan of.

I believe students learn best when they are enjoying what they study. For that reason I try to make all of my lessons as fun and engaging as possible. I also believe that students need to feel understood to learn effectively. Before creating a bespoke plan for lessons I get to know the student. I want to ensure lessons are suited to each individuals learning style, motivation level and level of understanding. I do that by ensuring I understand their needs and they are comfortable enough with me to ask any questions they may have.
