I struggled with learning as a teenager. My mind wanders, and I do not always understand instructions. Imposter Syndrome is all in your head, and I can attest to the importance of developing skills and scaffolding experiences to make lessons impactful.As an avid reader and history nerd, I keep updated on pedagogy and common lessons within education today.

History and education degrees,along with a decade spent writing and communicating have honed my analytical and comprehension skills. I am available to help with English papers, research projects, and college admissions essays. Lessons start with your understanding of assignments and directions. From there, we will break down what gaps need filled and learn of tools and tips to ensure you grasp the content. Comprehension and applying real life scenarios are but two of the focuses I can have with helping middle and high school students across a variety of subject areas.
