I am a speech pathologist in private practice who provides services to children, youth and adults. Instructional techniques include customized assessment and treatment tailored to the functional needs of the individual. My clients/families are personally engaged in their goal-setting and in managing their progress. My treatment style is relaxed, though lessons are structured to enable close tracking and adjustment to reach a target goal. I use a multi-pronged approach to intervention, to include standard techniques as well as functional activities, employing 'top-down' as well as 'bottom- up' means.
