About CHRISTA
I am both a licensed teacher and a mom to three, so I have a lot of experience with teaching all different levels of students. I have taught all levels kindergarten through fifth grade over the past 10 years, and students really enjoy my lessons. I try to make learning fun and relate it to real-life examples so you know why you are learning these skills.

I have many years experience teaching reading, writing and Math on the elementary level. I use various lesson plans to meet my students where they are and then elevate their skills. I like to use a lot of real life examples of when students will use the skills and lots of visuals, especially when teaching Math. I currently teach in a very diverse district so I am also skilled in adapting my lessons to students who are English language learners and/or are new to our country.
