About Elizabeth
I recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in English Education and have a valid teaching license for the state of Wisconsin. I also have a minor in professional writing, so I'm familiar with writing for a variety of purposes and in different styles. My time in college made me knowledgeable in my subject area, while my time spent student teaching made me passionate about education. I have experience teaching 6-12th grade English.

My teaching method is all about process and progress. In order to excel in writing, you have to draft, revise, proofread, edit, review, revise again, and sometimes start over completely. The process can be difficult, but it's much easier with someone else there to support you. My job is not to dictate, demand, and criticize, but rather to guide, help, and instruct. I'm passionate about literature and writing, so I will bring an enthusiasm to every lesson that helps the learners stay engaged.
