About Emily
I’m an award-winning high school English teacher and CollegeBoard-certified AP English educator with 10+ years of experience helping students actually “get” reading and writing.
My lessons are engaging, relevant, and built around you — not boring lectures or busywork. With a background in both teaching and professional writing, I help students build confidence, sharpen their skills, and feel proud of what they turn in.
Besides teaching, I’m a marathoner, pretend chef, and mom to 3 little ones.
