About Faith

I am Faith Nondumiso Sibanyoni. I was born and raised in a village in Mpumalanga (South Africa). I attended private schools from the city of Pretoria. Due to this, I saw the gap between village and city life. I saw how hard it is for children in the villages to access education and how easy it is for those in the cities. As a result, I saw how children from the villages would drop out of school and give up on their future. I always wished to do something about it. I am planning on opening a library in my hometown so everyone can get access to education. However, this platform will help me reach many learners from different walks of life and help them see that their dreams are valid.

About the lesson

The world is always evolving, and the need to be well articulated is high. I aim to make English a fun subject for all my learners. I will give them a new word every day then teach them how it can be used in a sentence. This will help improve their vocabulary. I will create a safe environment for my learners to thrive. This means not ridiculing them when they get an answer wrong, but rather helping them. I will teach them the tricks and hacks I have learned in creative writing and English.
