About Nirali Sodani

I am student rightnow and preparing for mba entrances and along with that I’m physically active toward my body.
From last 8 month I’m into my body fitness Transformation with some Nutritional Diet to get fit!
Previously I used to 76kgs and now l’m 59kgs and I’m still working on it!

About the lesson

My training method depends on the body what it accepts and what not. With my training One should always be Dedicated,Consistent,patiently perform towards their goal.
The method I use in losing weight in exercise as 3 days Cardio a week and rest 3 days on the body parts for reducing the oversized parts which looks ugly!
