About Alissa
I’m inspired by youth and creativity in my lesson plans. I let the kids guide the learning where they want to go. I give them choices in the literature they read, the phrases they learn, they feelings they can’t yet express. I give them the opportunity to tell those around them what they’re thinking in a way they’ll be understood. I like to think I help give them a voice.
