About the lesson

As an educator, my approach is built on the belief that true learning happens when a student can think critically, synthesize information, and communicate with clarity. I blend structured guidance with open-ended inquiry to not only cover content but also develop the underlying skills needed for lasting success.

My teaching method centers on the Socratic dialogue, where I use questions to help students explore their own reasoning, followed by a scaffolded process that breaks complex tasks—such as writing a personal statement or analyzing a historical document—into clear, manageable steps. I’ve taught courses like Theory of Knowledge, which trains students in critical argumentation—a skill that directly translates to compelling applications and interviews.
