• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  My passion for soft skills, social communication, and English stems from a deep desire to connect with others and make a positive impact. I get better at engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding people's perspectives, and finding ways to help them. Whether through empathetic listening, effective communication techniques, or developing strong interpersonal relationships, I am committed to empowering individuals and creating a more compassionate world.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My journey into mass communication was a leap of faith fueled by an overwhelming desire to burst out of my shell. The college experience forever changed. In just three months, I surrounded myself with two inspiring friends, whose personalities exude confidence and charisma. One day an inspirational Marathi news channel approached our college and talked about women's empowerment. To my surprise, my friends took the opportunity and bravely went ahead to express their views to Langar. I was amazed at the clarity of their spontaneity. During that time, I realized that if I wanted to boost my confidence, I needed to focus on both my appearance and effective communication. The experience also taught me the invaluable power of listening and observing. Had I not been paying attention that day, I would have missed a crucial life lesson - the courage to speak your mind and the importance of being present in the moment.

• How does your work help society?

  My work empowers individuals to become effective communicators, building deeper connections through engaging conversations and spontaneous lectures. I guide them through developing an active audience, developing emotional intelligence, and creating healthy lives with simple time management techniques. I help people discover the art of work-life balance, allowing them to pursue their passions without sacrificing their well-being. My teachings on goal setting, stress management, positive thinking strategies, and habit formation provide individuals with the tools they need to succeed. Through mindfulness practices, I introduce them to the power of present-moment awareness and its impact on effective communication. By understanding procrastination and its causes, individuals can increase their performance and achieve their goals. I emphasize the importance of empathetic feedback, constructive feedback, and teamwork to foster strong relationships and create a more collaborative environment. Countless individuals have shared thanks for the positive changes they have had in their lives as a result of my work.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My role model is Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The words of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, 'Educate. Agitate. Organize', has served as a guiding light on my journey. His profound wisdom reminds me that wisdom, passion, and unity are essential in the pursuit of progress. As I seek to make a difference in the world, I draw strength from His words and remind myself to be patient, persistent, and dedicated to my goals. With education as my foundation, a movement that inspires me, and an organization that guides my efforts, I am committed to making a positive impact and contributing to a better future.5. Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching. Dance is my hobby, and I take every opportunity to indulge in dance and movement. Whether I'm doing a new routine or just tearing up on the dance floor, dancing makes me so happy. In addition, I have a strong passion for fashion and love to express myself through my wardrobe. From elegant wedding dresses to professional attire that reflects my personality, I pride myself on dressing appropriately for any occasion.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  My journey as a trainer began with a whirlwind introduction to my first Thai student. The anticipation mixed with nerves was palpable. I found myself questioning my abilities, fearing missteps, and forgetting key points. However, the moment I began speaking with her, I realized she was even more nervous than I was. The language barrier, being my first Thai student, added to the pressure. I knew I needed to simplify the learning process, breaking down concepts into manageable pieces and encouraging repetition. Through this experience, I learned a valuable lesson: if I allowed my nerves to dictate the session, my student would feel even more anxious. By maintaining a calm and confident demeanor, I created a comfortable and supportive learning environment.
