About Alessandra

My inspiration to start tutoring began as a result of the area I grew up in. It was a low-income area, meaning many students did not have access to resources, including tutoring, and, consequently, were unable to achieve the same results as more fortunate students.
I want to do my part in the world to help bridge this very significant and ever-present gap, and help students in the same way I was helped growing up.

About the lesson

I believe greatly in the importance to make learning fun for all and tailoring teaching styles to specific students, something which is not possible in traditional classroom teaching. I have experience teaching students with a wide variety of learning difficulties and behavioural problems, including working with non-native English speakers. As previously mentioned, I aim to make education accessible for all.

For primary school children, I am qualified to teach literacy and mathematics. At GCSE and A level, including EPQs, I am able to tutor in English Language, English Literature, Italian and French.
