I am a firefighter, a teacher, and a parent. My teaching skills apply to a variety of learners and those needing support. As a special education teacher, I’m especially adept at differentiation and finding alternative methods to teach for understanding.

I have a background in English and writing. I was a gen-Ed teacher prior to earning my masters in SpEd. I also teach adult learners in fire department academies. I’m currently working toward my E.Ed (doctorate) in Special Education. I enjoy teaching and want to help adults in their education.
