• Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

  I was in the 5th grade when I first started using a desktop computer. I use to play games likes Wolfenstein, road rash, IGI and virtual cop. I was so fascinated by the computer that I started exploring all the features and try new stuff. Since then, my love for computers kept on increasing.

• What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

  The integration of augmented and virtual reality in applications and video games has marked me the most. I believe these technologies will change the way we are seeing the world today.

• Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

  My expertise is in software development. I love developing applications and exploring new technologies. You can develop almost any software for any kind of work, it can be a task reminder or an interface which controls satellite. Software development brings business to new heights.

• Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

  “Move fast, take risks, it's okay to try big things you're better off trying 
  something and having it not work and learning from
  that than having not done anything at all.” - Mark Zuckerberg
  
  These visionaries are the people who can see beyond the ambiguity and plan on something big.
  They inspire me to work hard even if the odds are not in my favour. If you feel what you are doing is right then keep doing until you stop.

• What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

  Yes, it is. But that is the beauty of it. To understand IT we have to grab a strand and try to untangle it. The feeling when you understand IT is the same as untangling the strand, victory.

• What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

  Apart from being a computer geek, I love reading novels and playing video games. Another hobby is to explore different places and interact with people.
